Cat chat

Posted entry but it never arrived. I'm still alive. Just tired. I tried to sneak up on the cat face-off this evening but Habibi, the ginger one, saw me coming and fixed his eyes on me. Eventually he sneaked backwards down the steps into the long grass. Bomble, our black cat, pretended to have no interest at all in the entire proceedings but came and sat with me on the upper steps.

Met my friend Dave after work today. We had a late lunch in the cafe that has recently reopened after a positive CoVid case was identified. I had soup and gf bread and Dave had pakoras and dhal. D is very slow these days, can hardly walk except on the flat. Difficult, as there is not much on the level in Stroud.
