Trees

A very pleasant swim this morning, as the water has now warmed up to 23 degrees, and the wind has dropped considerably. 31C this afternoon; we went to Fabrezan for ice creams and to visit the new art exhibition in the former wine cellar. They've done more work on the building since last summer. Now the concrete vats have been cleaned out, some of the inspection panels removed, and sculptures installed inside so that you can peer in to see them.

The work is by a number of local artists, most of them familiar, including some of Chris's tree paintings and sculptures (extra). We bumped into Serge, who told us that he is planning another "final" concert in the Jardin de Jazz at the end of August (the last one was final too). Then to the park to eat ice creams before returning home.

Meanwhile, more bad Covid news. When are we going to get to go to the UK??
