Another incredibly hot day but the piercing heat was diffused a bit by the rather pleasant wind.

A fairly rubbish nine holes of golf ..... (don't know why I have a bag of clubs .... I only play with three of them), coffee with a friend and then a beach walk along West Bay in the afternoon.
