Closing Up

It was getting on for 6 pm on this very hot day when I remembered to blip. This water lily had emerged on our pond yesterday. It was closing up by the time I got there today. Two white water lily buds are visible next to it.

George and co stayed until almost midday before leaving for a lunch appointment. We tend to be a stopping off point. Nice to see them and William was a joy.
