Small copper

A relaxed day today nothing really planned so late morning we decided to make the effort and go search out a blip. We decided to head out to kettlethorpe to check out the church there. It was nice weather with some sunshine not like what was forecast so there was quite a few butterflies on the wing. This shot is of a Small Copper I was hoping it would open its wings fully but this was the best before it flew but I do like the underwing patterns . We did visit the church a blip of that will have to wait as its not every day you get to blip one of these.
Back home for a snack for lunch and now watching some one hundred Cricket. Didn't get a film watched last night so fingers crossed for one tonight. We did watch the 2nd episode of Them an American horror drama on prime video
