Another day at the AOG!

The pollinator trials were held in a nearly empty stadium this morning. Perhaps the heat was too much for the spectators, or perhaps they were a little shy around such excited competitors as Team Bumblebee and Team Wasp! They big boys were hitting up the best flowers at the Field this AM leaving the athletes from Team Sweat Bee to try to catch up .Moving rapidly from the Hydrangea stage  to the Russian sage this Two spotted Bumble was clearly ready to sting anyone in her way in order to get to the semifinals. Stay tuned for more excitement  as the paper wasps may take the stage in the last of the quarterfinal heats to beheld tomorrow.
