Back blip!

I took this photo yesterday evening from the loft bedroom as the torrential rain was hammering it down outside.
I have not had a lot of time for comments or even browsing!
Just when we all had a.night last night, when the kids slept through (it’s now 6.40 am and the house is quiet) our near neighbour’s car alarm went off every hour on the hour from 2.00am.
It’s parked across the road and has been going off randomly for the past 10 days, but he shows no signs of fixing it. And he is quite a difficult person to deal with.
Anyway just taking a bit of time in the quiet to look through some of your blips.
Yesterday afternoon we all went to The Big Red Play Barn at a children’s farm complex near here for a pre booked 2 hour session. They all absolutely loved it. The simply huge “Jumping Pillow” in a covered outdoor area was a big hit. It looks like a massive inflated mound made of very strong rubber type stuff. The spring and bounce in it when the kids run on it, jump on it, and generally throw themselves about with great glee, is more a cross between a trampoline and a bouncy castle.
I have some great SloMo videos of all four grandchildren using it in and amongst the other areas there.
It was pre booked as they keep the numbers in there at a certain level.
There were seating areas and refreshments.
They all had a bath (not all together) on our return here, before tea. Being absolutely hot and hair stuck to their heads from the running, jumping, sliding and climbing. Our two year old granddaughter is fearless!
The equipment is also in age related sections.
Today we have a visit to a local National Trust place to coincide with our d-i-l’s friend and her children, who live near Stratford upon Avon.
Taking a picnic lunch and hoping for a reasonable day for weather. It’s forecast showers which will be manageable.
Time to end here as I can hear everyone stirring. I’d best jump in the shower!
Thankyou for your comments when I’ve little time to write myself! I do enjoy your photos. Will eventually catch up.
