EB (Exercise Bike)

I don’t have any photographs taken today so here is a blip of my view from the EB ( exercise bike). I’m obviously not concentrating as I forgot to start my timer for my daily exercise so after I had done most of my workout I realised and had to stop and set my timer. I ended up doing 29 minutes in the end. We also had a ride to Kelso this morning and just got home before a shower of rain. 

The shot on the TV is of the Aussie swimmer Ariane Titmus winning her second gold medal. I don’t really watch any sports on TV but it’s always pleasing to hear we have a champion.

Sydney lockdown has been extended for another month after another rise in numbers. Stay safe everyone.
