The poms

This is Bruno's first time visiting his "cousins," Bella and Rosie. The dogs are, from left: Delilah, Bruno, Riddle, Bella and Rosie. Bella just had cancerous tumors removed from her chest, but she seems to be cancer-free now, which is great.

Today, Jill's mom was mad that Amelia, our cat, did not appreciate that she built a "fort" for her and put her litter box in a different room than she is used to. She was mad that a recipe Jill was making for dinner called for the oven to be set to 400 degrees F (200 C) because she never sets it above 350 (176 C). We do not know the reasoning for this. The ground beef stuffed in peppers was not cooked enough (we bought a meat thermometer to check, and that also made her mad), so we had to set the oven higher because 350 just wasn't doing it. She also was mad that one of the dogs got poop on our blanket. She threatened to throw it away instead of simply wash it.

In good news: Both of my interviews went well. The first one was a phone interview with an outdoors company. The other was a second interview with a health company a friend works for and has been trying to get me a job at for years. That went well enough that they sent me an editing test. Cross your fingers, friends!
