Hogweed ( Heracleum sphondylium )

No not the nasty none native Giant Hogweed just the ordinary common British Hogweed.  The head in the stage between flowering and the seeds developing was what caught my eye.

With the shed down the work today was preparing, well starting the preparation of a larger hard standing for the new summer house.   There was also another trip to the tip recycling centre with a load of timber from the shed.  There will be a few more trips before all is cleared.   Happily the centre has returned to normal, no queueing so things moved much more quickly.
