Beside the door into her studio

When she had the house built, with modifications to personalise a 'standard design', what became her studio where she spent many hours painting, was a living space. As she became more and more intent on her art, she filled the room with tables, storage for the paints and everything she needed to produce work like the one I have blipped today.

S and I had gone into the house that is now her younger brother's to ensure the safety of her paintings which were in the ground floor sitting room, where workmen will soon be dealing to the water damage both chronic and acutely recent. I carried them upstairs, and thought this more recent example of her style was a worthy blip after a quiet day.
