AOG DAY 10

Church on line this morning for us in the church hall. we then served coffee outside. Less than half who were in the service stayed for coffee again today
after lunch we went to the large water arena situated in bushy park to watch the axyivites there. And there was plenty going on.
First we spotted the Shires pulling the cart loaded with people hunting the deer. There was quite a large herd of adolescent fallow deer near the gate so they should have spotted them.
Mrs Swan took the gold for her preening and her 2 babies took silver and bronze. The next gold went to the scaup mother for having the largest brood -6 young. These are very good at diving and her eldest, Bob won gold for his diving and scooting along the bottom at his very young age. Betsy wasnt as good and only took a bronze. I guess the babies were only about a week old.
The Egption geese, mabel and rodney took Gold for huddling together with  the Canada Goose babies Tom and Dick taking silver. When it came to the prettiest feet and most unusual the gold (Joint) went to Mr and Mrs Coot.
It was a very exciting afternoon out on the water as you can see
