Two firsts

Amanda's college friend Nikki came to visit today, to meet the  boys for the first time.  Manda and Nikki hadn't seen each other for two years, due to the pandemic, so it was a fine reunion.  She turned out to really have a way with the boys, reading to them, doing voices, bouncing them on her lap.  I was happy to see her again and am glad she will be at Sarah's wedding.

The other first was a new two-tents-and-a-tunnel with lots of balls in one tent.  At first the boys didn't understand that they had to be inside the thing in order to play with it.  They pushed and pulled it from the outside, practically taking it apart.  Only when Lex lifted Sam up and actually stood him inside the tent did he explore the tunnel and find the balls.  Max really liked being in there (see Extra) and stayed for quite a while, playing with the balls.  Once Doug started separating the parts of the tent, Max dragged the big tent into the kitchen.  In Extra you see him with the tent and Sam with the elephant rider, which he also dragged into the kitchen.  Two busy bunnies.  It was a great Twinsday.
