The Ship Inn @Elie 2.

Lunch twice in four days at The Ship Inn is a treat.

Mrs Dog had invited us to lunch as a celebration of Pat’s birthday which is a great present. She had brought along Mr Dog together with Big Dug’s mater and pater. We had not seen them for nearly two years.

The food was excellent and the staff as caring and attentive as on Tuesday.

The weather had changed as predicted by these amorphous yellow warning patches which change shape and wander about.

The sky teased with patches of blue sky and sun. There was very little rain. Today’s Blipfoto is taken through the open door/window of the first floor and shows Elie Beach much less crowded than on Tuesday.

Everybody enjoyed themselves and after a short walk we made our way home.

We called in to see DH for a chat and resolve a supplier problem for him.
