My annual health check-up went OK this morning but, boy, I think they changed the laxative medicine for the post-barium examination. Within thirty minutes of taking it I had to rush to the closest toilet. The first of many times. I'm sure it was the medicine that also left me feeling tired with a headache. Thankfully, I was back to normal by about 2 pm.

Today was the first day of the High School Baseball Tournament. It should have been yesterday but it was cancelled because of the typhoon. Sadly, owing to Covid-19 protocols, this is another season when spectators are not allowed. The people outside are the high school band and a few other selected school members waiting to go in for the last game of the day.

I do hope spectators will be allowed in for the next season's High School Baseball Tournament. I really miss it.
