Is It, or Isn't It?

In the last week or so, Banksy style murals have been appearing around the East Coast, the latest being this one at Cromer. Obviously I couldn't resist popping over this morning for a walk along the seafront and to get my blip. I've added an extra so you can see the mural in context by the beach huts. Some have speculated that they are in support of Great Yarmouth Borough and East Suffolk Councils joint bid to become the UK City of Culture in 2025. Otherwise a quiet day after a very busy few days,.

Day 514 / Day 25 of Step 4 of Roadmap Easing (for my record only)
Daily cases are back up to 33,074 today, still all over the place. Over 40m in the UK are now fully vaccinated. There are now c5.45m on hospital waiting lists in England and this is expected to rise as people that haven't sought help over issues during the height of the pandemic now come forward, just shocking. There was a weekly drop of 20% in alerts from the app in Eng & Wales, thought to be a result of the sensitivity change. PHE says cases are rising among all age groups except 10-19 year olds, with the highest rate in 20-29 year olds. Dr Jenny Harries says that 84,600 deaths are modelled to have been prevented due to the UK vaccination programme. The UK economy grew by 4.8% in Q2 this year, although is still 4.4% smaller than before the pandemic.
