Wild Poppies

A day where I played guardian angel for a colleague.  He had not quite grasped how a technical process worked, and since he was off today, I just dived in and repaired everything.  Because I'm kind like that.

The weather returned to default German Summer weather - 30°C and no wind.  It's really warm out there.

Our cleaner is now off on holiday - 4 weeks of hoovering is now my job.  I know lots of people who pay their cleaner minimum wage.  I don't, I'm delighted she can take over jobs that I hate.  So I pay her well - to say thank you.  I also pay her holiday pay and an Xmas bonus.  I think that's important.  Treat people well - they deserve it.

Unless they vote AfD, then they deserve nothing.  Or probably less.
