a lifetime burning

Sundown

I had originally intended to get up early to take some photos at golden hour this morning.  But the road to hell is, as they say, paved with good intentions.  Instead after a bit of a restless night I slept in till 7am.

After a cloudy day with plenty of rain, the weather cleared last thing, so I raced to Pensford to take this shot of the sun going down behind the viaduct.   Its a location I've featured before, but I do like it a lot.
