BCSplash - Another Barn Owl

It's Saturday and time for our new #BCSplash showcase.

As usual we have seen some stunning photos tagged #BCSplash. 
This incredible image was created by Nicpic back in January.

We were struck by the beauty of this wonderful bird and how it stood out against the dark woodland backdrop. The composition was spot on too!

If you love British wildlife Nicpic's images are truly inspiring and include insects, birds, flora and fauna and, of course, owls. Make sure you go along, say hello and follow her!

We know there are fair few night owls here on Blipfoto so remember, if you are out with your camera after dark, the Perseids Meteor Shower is still visible over the U.K. for the next few days, weather permitting of course!

Pick out a photo that would make an appealing first impression to visitors and add the tag #BCsplash.  

The images ideally should work in a banner format but we can crop them or add a border if necessary. If you're not sure but you love your image, tag it anyway.
