Ringing the changes

Here we go... mixing up the flowers/paintings blips!!  We had a young and rather handsome visitor this afternoon! His people had gone to the cricket for the day and so he came and spent half the day with us. He was a good lad and posed for a few photos before coming so close that the camera couldnt focus on him any more!!  Most of his afternoon was spent gobbling up our dropped plums.. he has a partiality to fruit and I had been warned he would do this and that his gut was robust and not to worry!!  However, he also polished off some of the finest wild strawberries.. spent a lot of time sniffing them out and gobbling them down!!  The line was drawn when he attempted to pluck a ripe tomato off the bushes!! He was met with a stern growl and to be fair backed off quickly looking apologetic!!  I didn't let him out of my sight after that as it became a total obsession of his to go and see if he could nab one without me noticing... he failed!
Nice boy.. just two and very exuberant when razzed up.. otherwise devoted hound.. lovely to have 4 legs in the garden investigating again
