Day out - birthday girl

Our daughter’s birthday today - she wanted a trip to the National History Museum. Train there and back seemed the best option, apart from we didn’t take into account any disruptions to the trains. Got to Richmond, District line not working due to a power fault. Back on the next train as advised by the station workers. This sent us into a bit of a tiss - hadn’t planned for something changing to the plan! Eventually got there, only 20 mins or so later than we had planned - big queue! However, our daughter had pre-booked tickets, so we “jumped” the queue :)

We had had a great day, fabulous place, Caleb loved the dinosaurs (although the best bit he said was the dinosaur egg nanny grandad bought him). :)

Exhausted this evening, did plenty of steps today! :)
