Guess what we had for dinner?

Yes, it was porcini mushrooms and rice.
The processing of the porcini mushrooms we picked yesterday continues as they pass through our borrowed drying machine. It's going to take a couple of days before everything is done.
Update - we now own a food-drier! Acquired at the Kramfors flea-market.
