Bush Walk

In the true sense of the word. 

Mr isbi knew there was a large dam somewhere out there, and thanks to Google maps we could pinpoint it.
The trouble was it was all but inaccessible through very thick bush. Some more so than this with tea tree above our heads. I had the camera safely in its bag for the worst bits.

The walk was about 2km each way and very satisfying when we found the dam. In fact two, the first was a bit smaller but the main one (extra) quite large. They would have been built many years ago when the area was much more cleared. Can't be used for anything now, unless the helicopters get water from them for firefighting.
