Sunflower Friday

It's been a bit of a dull day, a bit cold, a bit heavy.  I had a dentist appointment this morning with the hygenist.  Forty minutes of prodding, poking and scraping whilst her assistant squirted water at my teeth, not pleasant, though I guess she thought they needed it!

I met Ann after the dentist and we had a drink at Box Brownie to recuperate. 

After lunch I could have dozed off on the sofa having been up early this morning but we decided on a quick trip out to The Farm for a coffee.  Whilst there I wandered up to the sunflower field where the third type of flower is now in full bloom.
