Bank Holiday Weekend Blackbird

Well done our garden blackbirds. I knew that they had raised a second brood when I heard the bubbling calls of the youngsters. I spotted this juvenile this morning under the tractor.

Shame that rain stopped play at the Spa Francorchamps GP. It is the first time since the 2009 Malaysian GP that a race has been abandoned and half points awarded to drivers. The track is known for being wet. When my daughter and I drove it in 2016 we had a day of rain but loved it as we had the track pretty much to ourselves.
