An Orchard???

Lovely slovenly slow day today.   Did manage to do a wash, pick up,  and have a walk..purposely around noon with sun overhead to the property next to ours that we sold at the beginning of covid.  I just want to record how it looks now.    Dec 20, 2018 an almost hurricane ripped thru there tearing out many trees.,..it was amazing.,( blipped Jan 1 2019 but the link won't work. )I’ve put 2 photos from Jan 2019 when we came at NY’s to discover it in the extra.  the top is from about the same position as this blip… you can relate the big twisted arbutus (Madrona) tree in each for reference.  The bottom is on the other side.    doesn’t matter really..just appreciate how much work the neighbor did (after buying his own large excavator) to clean it up which we couldn’t keep track of since we weren’t allowed to be here… He says he wants to plant an orchard..  I wonder how that would go… this is sun at noon but it’s a huge change from before.
It was a bit of a dull picture so I just added some island creatures, which makes me think of fruit trees and who might love them.  Surely there won’t be a fence.
