A Touch of Colour…….

Day 13 of Level Four Lockdown. 53 new cases of COVID-19…. All in the Auckland area. We have a total of 562 cases now. Hopefully we will beat this current outbreak.
It is getting lighter and lighter in the mornings. Maisie and I were out at 6.am… dark to start with but with a rather cloudy dawn at 6.52am. This viewpoint is a favourite of mine. My lower back was giving me trouble again. But I had several sessions of McKenzie Institute exercises throughout the day which were very helpful.
