The Vitality Show

Today I went to the Vitality Show with my friend (though I think we spent more time in the pub having lunch beforehand than we did at the show!)

Here is my friend, grinning like a cheshire cat and standing by the sign 'Brains, beauty and not a boy in sight'. That's not actually true, as I can see at least three males in this shot!
