WWII Dereliction

I dropped off some folders to our music librarian today who will use them to hold the music sets to hand out to our choir members to reduce COVID contact when we meet next week (can' wait!).

Afterwards, I drove on to the RSPB nature reserve, Hazeley Heath, for a walk.  The heath includes remains of WWII tank training artefacts, including these abandoned tank tracks which are rusting gently and create a home for rambling blackberry bushes, and very nice the ripe berries tasted too!!

The extra is of a male common darter dragonfly which came to rest on one of the concrete walls and hung around long enough for me to change my lens and get up really close with the macro.
