Lindisfarne

A 5 km circular walk from the holiday cottage to St Cuthbert's Cave this morning.

This afternoon we drove over the causeway to Holy Island and had a potter around and a look inside the Lindisfarne Priory. We didn't bother with visiting the castle as everyone else seemed to be heading there. 

A super lunch of fresh lobster, crab and smoked salmon but the highlight of my day was bumping into a couple of my favourite breed of dogs. Two sealyham terriers (Rhonny and Charlie) - I am with Rhonny is on the extra.

15,000 steps
