Upwardly mobile

This intrepid creeper is climbing up through the crevices provided by the aging bark of a big gum tree. I think it’s Hardenbergia, a member of the pea family. It’s nice if it is, because Hardenbergia is an Australian native, whereas most of the flowers that appear on the sides of our roads are escapees from European gardens.

If it's not Hardenbergia, I hope a kind Blipper will correct me!
