It was fellow blipper evolybab who mentioned lamb shanks the other day, and reminded me of a recipe I haven’t done for ages.
Usually a winter recipe, but it isn’t much like late summer here. Another dull dreary day. None of the lovely weather they are having further south or west.

So tonight we have enjoyed
Spiced Slow - cooked Lamb Shanks.
A Jamie Oliver recipe dating back to his early days 1999.
The lamb shanks were huge, and we only just managed to finish them.
Now totally pogged!
No room for blackberry and apple pie!
