We’re back!

Not the most exciting photo but I felt today should be marked as we are back singing with the ATN choir in doors at Bingley Methodist Church for the first time since the 16 March 2020. We were the last group to sing on that Monday before lockdown too.
It’s a modern church but I can remember the old one as we used to have our school Christmas Carol concerts in it. There were many years of debate as to what to do with it as it was huge and needed a lot of repair and maintenance. Nice that they were eventually able to replace it.

Our choir master was very excited! We were well spaced out across the room and all the windows, as you can see here, we’re open as were the side and back doors.

We had a fun sing of the 10 songs (plus an optimistic encore) for our next gig which is ‘Yardfest’ held in one of the back terraces in Saltaire next Saturday afternoon.

So good to be singing ‘normally’ and to have things to put in the diary!

Like summer again today too but there were a noticeable covering of fallen leaves on the pavement here where I took this shot.
