Red Admiral

While the butterflies are still about, I'll keep blipping them! And it seems apt as I spent most of the morning pruning back faded flowers on the buddleias around the garden, hopefully leaving space for a few more late  flowers to follow!

More sunshine, still no rain, around this afternoon but I've been good and stayed indoors to catch up on some book reviews and depress myself further by listening to Southend United lose yet again!! Will the misery ever end??! 

 I've also spent a bit more time hula hooping and am impressing myself with my progress!! Let's hope it works as promised and tones up the tummy!! An exercise that makes me smile! Finally!!
