Walking With Friends

It is nearly two years since we enjoyed the company of Neil and Madge. Today they are visiting us for a walk and for a meal at our place.

The morning has been one of organised chaos. The stonemasons are working on the restoration of the gate pillar and that is progressing well thanks to their skill and ingenuity.

Of course, they are fuelled by mugs of coffee and tea, carefully brewed by me.

We also have a chat about the Boys Brigade. DM and I had progressed all the way through the organisation reaching the heights of Officers!

However, we both left the organisation for various reasons. H&S regulations had disillusioned DM and my interests in motorsport had taken me away.

Neil and Madge arrived and after coffee and cake we boarded the CactusFBI and headed to Birnie and Gadden Loch to experience the peace and tranquillity shown into today’s Blipfoto.

After lunch prepared by Pat we caught with everybody’s news and I gave a guided tour round our place and The Policies.
