Project 365 day 256: insects on yellow

It was sunny this morning, and I enjoyed another little macro session in the garden. The flies on the dandelion don't make a particularly well-composed photo, but I was pleased to capture the iridescence of the wings, and I liked the detail of the hoverfly on the sunflower in the extra - it's such a novelty to be able to get insects in focus more of the time.

I'm trying to ban myself from getting immersed in blips after midnight, so I've no more time for stories or browsing now.
