A 6km run up to the moor first thing. My first run this month.

A few phones calls this morning and more jobs around the house this afternoon involving the fitting of roller blinds in the bathrooms. The instructions weren’t at all clear but, after careful measurement and cutting, they fitted like a dream.

This bullocks took an interest as I passed on my run at 8:00 am
