DAY 6 - CRETE

today is my Dad’s birthday…I sent him wishes up-to heaven * It’s also Maria’s…27!

Before we left our Haman room in Chania…we had a jacuzzi and enjoyed fresh orange juice from the oranges left everyday. What a lovely extra.
We drove the long route to out next destination….via lovely beaches according to the tour guides…really..,NO!!
#However we stopped for brunch in Kalyves
…a tasty meal and stunning views.
#then via the mountains….more stunning views and # little churches.
#after some initial google map issues we found our hotel….wow! We’ve been upgraded to a suite again. It’s stunning…2 balconies and the bathroom….wow…double jacuzzi!!!

#then we discovered the rooftop spa…it would have been rude not to!!!
#our (included) evening meal was delicious…our choice Lamb kleftiko and orzo pasta.
The Rev beat me at cards! Although I’m still in the lead of the games score!!
Evening walk along the beach and into town.
