Seedhead

We were visiting friends from the Midlands today who were on holiday in Appledore and a visit to Rosemoor Gardens seemed the ideal place to meet.  The weather forecast had been changing each day and I anticipated a cloudy day but in the end it turned out fairly sunny.  We managed to explore most of the gardens which looked so different from our previous visit in June.  There were still many plants attracting bees and a few butterflies flitting around.  Its always a delight wandering around.  I didn't take many photos as we had lots of catching up to do but did like this Clematis seedhead.  A great day out and good to see them both.
