Not for drinking

We are so lucky having fresh drinkable water on tap whenever we turn it on. So many people don’t! I can’t understand folks that buy big bottles of bottled water when ours is free! Today though I turned on the tap for a glass of water and this was the result! Further investigation found that there was a burst pipe in Glasgow road resulting in this. It was very quickly fixed though and back to normal.

Walked into town in the afternoon and back via the vaccine centre, after schools were out, and it was queued out with over 12’s awaiting their vaccine. Looks like it will be busy on Saturday when I have a shift.
