Prairie Joe's

Headed into Evanston with my sil for brunch at Prairie Joe's, a funky hole in the wall restaurant that (very) unfortunately will be closing next month. Sitting outside on a crisp Fall day to eat (I had a ham and cheese omelette and grits), chatting about this and that (solving the problems of the world), and watching fans in purple heading past on their way to the stadium for Northwestern's homecoming game ... a very good day in the Pepper Patch.
