Lathyrus Odoratus

Kentish Belle

Another day, another abutilon! This is undoubtedly my current  favourite and the one I would recommend to anyone wanting to grow abutilons (if you can find it). I grew this one from a cutting. Its only about two years old and has been in flower since May. Its one of the older varieties, having been bred at Hever Castle in Kent during the 1950s. It has long arching branches festooned with orange-yellow flowers and a dark red calyx.
