Wow - thank you

The rain overnight had given way to blueish skies this morning (and a lovely rainbow in extras) but boy was it chilly!

I was very touched when I checked blip after the morning dog walk and realised all you lovely blippers commenting and leaving stars and hearts had propelled me to the first page of popular - thank you so very much.

After breakfast and sorting out the inside of the van our friend Linda headed off with her paddle board. She managed to get round the headland but then beached until a heavy squall had gone over. The rain didn’t bother Phin who made a beeline for her from a distance of 200 yards! Stuart and Linda offered to walk Phin into the village whilst we followed in the car before doing a short 2.5 mile route at the other end of the village. Phin apparently behaved impeccably. On the way back I spotted these lovely rope swings - what a lovely peaceful place to play.

We had a shirt pit stop in the newest cafe Soundbites before heading back to the site.

My turn for dinner and we enjoyed ribeye steak (cooked on the BBQ by Mr PHL), baked potatoes, assorted green veg and pepper sauce before an hour of two of quiz questions and chat.

Very starry and peaceful right now but apparently the wind and rain will hit us again around 4am.

Thank you so much again - who’d have thought I’d managed 1001 days of blip.
