Incoming!

I spent a lovely day with my mom…well actually she slept a lot but we enjoyed each other when she was awake. Word games, quiet conversation.

I had a look at the garden when I got home - it isn’t raining today but supposed to tomorrow. The plants look very happy, being well watered now. This Solidago - a cultivar called ‘Fireworks’ was loaded with pollinators and even my iPhone caught some activity. And it looks good on my iPhone as I type this but in fact it may be sort of a grainy photo. But fun nonetheless.

I went round to a friend’s house for nibbles and wine late this afternoon- delightful to hang out with my two good friends and catch up outside on her amazing covered deck.
