Project 365 day 275: Windy, rainy, chilly

The weather today has been horrible. It's cold, we should have had the heating on, and it has been relentlessly wet and very windy all day. I haven't been outside at all, just peered out occasionally through rain-spotted windows. Having made my rhubarb and ginger jam late on Thursday evening, I'm now sorting out apples for and preparing them for stewing, jelly and cordial.
