Bridge is Up

Walking home from the U district today, I was caught by the University Bridge going up for this barge to pass under.  I thought it was a good view of the floating homes on Portage Bay,  and I liked the lady in the yellow shirt who was not interesting in watching the barge like I was.    Mt Rainier would be on the left edge if there were no clouds.  ( You can see it better in Large.)
