Alstroemerias

………………..again! Treated myself this week and since the alstroemerias usually last so long I chose them once more.

Spent the first half of the day waiting for parcels arriving and being picked up but I did get the towels dried. This afternoon I walked over to Berwick and managed to buy a grease filter for the cooker hood…the charcoal one will have to last a bit longer! 

As I was in the neighbourhood I called in to see the boys and had a celebratory glass of wine…MC had been asked to deliver some lectures at Uni as part of his paid work, today was his first. Apparently things went well and he was feeling very chuffed with himself…from the teenager who couldn’t stand up in class and talk he’s come a long way! He’s got two more to go.
