Tomatoes
You’ll remember that I have a dislike of raw tomatoes. Cooked tomatoes can be very tasty.
These tomatoes were roasted with herbs and garlic, then whizzed into a sauce for meatballs with gnocchi. For a garnish, I whizzed up some basil, pine nuts and nooch into a pesto-esque dollop. It all went down very well, especially the pesto-esque dollop.
You may now consider me a whizz in the kitchen.
