SATURDAY

After trapping and crushing the tip of my left index finger in the car door yesterday evening I thought it was a good idea to get it checked out at Calderdale Royal Hospital A&E. After a 30 minute wait, I was called through to the minor injuries department where three X-rays were needed. No broken bones fortunately but adhesive stitches were applied across the broken skin.

The rest of the day went downhill.
