Getting Better!

Hi there everyone. Just an update regarding my back. I am pleased to say that the pain has eased quite a bit, although still painful when sitting up in bed...I just can't get comfortable at the moment. I bought this tube of Voltarol to rub in, and I really think it has helped too. Just as well because at £13 a tube, it isn't cheap! I feel a bit better in myself now. Hopefully I will be ok when I go to the hairdressers tomorrow.
